In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a CloudTalk, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, CloudTalk or Ghost will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find CloudTalk or Ghost, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the CloudTalk node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring CloudTalk, Ghost, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and Ghost integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Ghost (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
CloudTalk + Ghost + Slack: When a new call is registered in CloudTalk, a draft blog post is created in Ghost to document the call's context and outcomes. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the content team about the new draft for follow-up.
Ghost + CloudTalk + Discord bot: When a new post is published on Ghost, CloudTalk automatically calls relevant leads to inform them about the new content. Simultaneously, a Discord bot announces the new blog post in a specified Discord channel, keeping the community informed.
