CloudTalk + Google Sheets + Glide: When a new call is registered in CloudTalk, log the call details to a Google Sheet. The Glide app then displays summaries and visualizations based on the data in the Google Sheet for agent performance tracking.
Glide + CloudTalk + Airtable: When a user views a customer's contact details in the Glide app, update the corresponding record in Airtable. This update triggers a CloudTalk callback to the agent associated with that customer.
