Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring CloudTalk, Google Drive, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and Google Drive integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Google Drive (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Google Drive

CloudTalk + Google Drive + Slack: When a new call recording is available in CloudTalk, it's saved to Google Drive, and a notification is sent to a Slack channel with a link to the recording.

Google Drive + CloudTalk + Google Sheets: When a new call recording is saved in Google Drive, the file name and associated details are logged to a Google Sheet. The automation can then be extended to potentially trigger a call to the customer via CloudTalk, though this would require additional details and is therefore not included by default.
