Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring CloudTalk, Google Sheets, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and Google Sheets integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Google Sheets (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Google Sheets

CloudTalk + Google Sheets + Slack: When a new call is registered in CloudTalk, the call details are added as a new row in a Google Sheet. Subsequently, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel informing the sales team about the new call log.

Google Sheets + CloudTalk + Pipedrive: When a new row is added to a Google Sheet, it triggers a search for a corresponding person in Pipedrive. If the person exists, their information is updated; otherwise, a new person is created in Pipedrive. Finally, a call activity is created in CloudTalk linked to that person in Pipedrive.
