To do this, click "Choose an app," find CloudTalk or Google tasks, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

After configuring CloudTalk, Google tasks, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and Google tasks integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Google tasks (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
CloudTalk + Google tasks + Slack: When a new call is missed in CloudTalk, a task is created in Google Tasks to follow up. A Slack message is then sent to a designated channel to notify the team about the missed call and the created task.
Google tasks + CloudTalk + Google Calendar: When a new task is created in Google Tasks, a follow-up activity is scheduled in CloudTalk and an event is created in Google Calendar to remind the user to make the call.
