Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring CloudTalk, Gravity Forms, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and Gravity Forms integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Gravity Forms (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Gravity Forms
Gravity Forms + CloudTalk + Slack: When a new form is submitted in Gravity Forms, a notification is sent to a Slack channel. This allows team members to quickly follow up with the submission via CloudTalk.
Gravity Forms + Google Sheets + CloudTalk: Upon new form submission in Gravity Forms, the entry details are logged into a Google Sheet. Subsequently, a CloudTalk call is initiated to verify the provided details with the submitter.
