Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and Intercom integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Intercom (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Intercom
CloudTalk + Intercom + Slack: When a new call comes in via CloudTalk, the workflow checks if the caller is a VIP customer by searching for the contact in Intercom. If the contact exists and is marked as VIP, a notification is sent to the support team in Slack.
Intercom + CloudTalk + Google Sheets: When a new conversation is created in Intercom, the workflow checks if the conversation includes a phone number from a CloudTalk contact. If it does, the conversation details and the phone number are logged into a Google Sheet for analysis.
