Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and Kintone integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Kintone (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Kintone

CloudTalk + Kintone + Slack: When a new call is missed in CloudTalk, a new record is created in Kintone to log the missed call. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to alert the team about the missed call and its details.

CloudTalk + Kintone + Google Sheets: When a new call is registered in CloudTalk, the call details are logged in Kintone. After logging, the call details are added as a new row in Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
