Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Mailchimp
CloudTalk + Google Sheets + Mailchimp: When a new call ends in CloudTalk (New Call trigger), the relevant call data is added to a Google Sheet (Add Single Row action). Based on keywords found in the call's activity details (using Find Row in Google Sheets to check for keywords), update the contact's tags in Mailchimp (Add or Remove Member Tag action) to reflect conversation topics.
Mailchimp + CloudTalk + Slack: When a high-value customer unsubscribes from a Mailchimp list (New Unsubscriber trigger), find the corresponding contact in CloudTalk using the unsubscriber's email address (Find Contact action).
