Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Moosend
CloudTalk + Google Sheets + Moosend: When a new call is received in CloudTalk, the call details and potentially the contact information are logged into a Google Sheet. The contact's information is then updated in Moosend, or a new subscriber created if they don't exist.
Moosend + CloudTalk + Slack: When a subscriber is updated in Moosend, the automation checks if they have a corresponding contact or activity in CloudTalk. If a new call is detected via CloudTalk, a message is sent to a specified Slack channel to notify the sales team.
