Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Moosend (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Moosend

CloudTalk + Google Sheets + Moosend: When a new call is received in CloudTalk, the call details and potentially the contact information are logged into a Google Sheet. The contact's information is then updated in Moosend, or a new subscriber created if they don't exist.

Moosend + CloudTalk + Slack: When a subscriber is updated in Moosend, the automation checks if they have a corresponding contact or activity in CloudTalk. If a new call is detected via CloudTalk, a message is sent to a specified Slack channel to notify the sales team.
