Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring CloudTalk, OCR Space, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and OCR Space integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and OCR Space (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and OCR Space

CloudTalk + OCR Space + Google Sheets: When a new call is received in CloudTalk, the attached fax document is sent to OCR Space to extract the data. The extracted data is then added as a new row in Google Sheets.

OCR Space + CloudTalk + Twilio: When an image is converted to text using OCR Space, the text is scanned for a phone number. If a phone number is found, CloudTalk is used to find the contact. Finally, Twilio sends a personalized SMS to that contact using the data found in CloudTalk.
