Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Stripe (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Stripe

CloudTalk + Stripe + Slack: When a new call is registered in CloudTalk, this flow checks for a corresponding successful payment in Stripe. If a successful payment is found, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel, notifying the team about the successful call and payment.

Stripe + CloudTalk + Google Sheets: When a new event occurs in Stripe, this flow checks if the event signifies a payment failure. If a payment failure is detected, a follow-up call is initiated via CloudTalk. The details of the failed payment and the initiated call are then logged in a Google Sheet.
