Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and TimeCamp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and TimeCamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and TimeCamp

CloudTalk + TimeCamp + Google Calendar: When a new call is registered in CloudTalk, the duration is logged as a Time Entry in TimeCamp. If the duration exceeds a defined threshold, a meeting is scheduled in Google Calendar to discuss the call's outcome or address any related issues.

TimeCamp + CloudTalk + Slack: When a new Time Entry is created in TimeCamp, this automation checks if it's related to a CloudTalk call. If the call duration is above a threshold, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel, alerting support teams to potential issues needing immediate attention.
