Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Tumblr
CloudTalk + Slack + Tumblr: When a new call is registered in CloudTalk, the flow checks for positive sentiment. If positive, a message with the call details and audio snippet is sent to a Slack channel, then the audio snippet is posted to Tumblr.
Tumblr + CloudTalk + Google Sheets: When a new post is created in Tumblr, the flow retrieves call center data from CloudTalk (e.g., call volume, customer satisfaction scores related to the campaign). Then, it logs Tumblr post engagement metrics alongside the call center data in a Google Sheet for campaign performance tracking.
