Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and Vapi integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Vapi (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Vapi
CloudTalk + Vapi + Pipedrive: When a new call is registered in CloudTalk, the call is analyzed by Vapi. If sentiment analysis flags key conversation points, the call details and sentiment analysis results are logged as a note in Pipedrive associated with the contact or deal.
Vapi + CloudTalk + Google Sheets: After a call is processed in Vapi and the transcript is available, the workflow checks for action items. If action items are identified, a new row is created in Google Sheets containing the action items, the CloudTalk agent's information, and a link to the call transcript.
