Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and VideoAsk

VideoAsk + CloudTalk + Slack: When a customer submits a VideoAsk reply, the flow checks for negative feedback. If the feedback is negative, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team.

VideoAsk + CloudTalk + HubSpot: When a new reply is received in VideoAsk, the automation creates or updates a contact in HubSpot. It then creates a call engagement in HubSpot and initiates sending an SMS message via CloudTalk.
