Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and Wachete integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Wachete (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
CloudTalk + Wachete + Slack: When a new call is made in CloudTalk, the automation monitors a specific website for changes using Wachete. If changes are detected, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel, informing the team about the website update in relation to the call.
Wachete + CloudTalk + Email: When Wachete detects a change on a monitored website, the automation initiates a call via CloudTalk to a predefined contact and sends an email with a summary of the website changes.
