Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Coda and Delighted integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Coda and Delighted (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Coda and Delighted

Delighted + Coda + Slack: When a new response is received in Delighted, find the corresponding project data in Coda using the respondent's information. If the survey indicates dissatisfaction (based on a predefined score threshold), send a notification in Slack to the relevant team channel for immediate attention.

Delighted + Coda + Google Sheets: When a new survey response is received in Delighted, the workflow finds the corresponding customer data in Coda. Then, it adds a new row to a Google Sheet, combining the survey response with the customer data from Coda for trend analysis and reporting.
