Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Coda and iLovePDF integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Coda and iLovePDF (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Coda and iLovePDF
Coda + iLovePDF + Slack: When a new row is added to a Coda document, representing a finalized contract, the contract is converted to PDF using iLovePDF. A notification is then sent to the legal team in Slack to inform them of the new contract.
iLovePDF + Google Drive + Coda: When a PDF file is processed by iLovePDF (e.g., compressed or converted), the resulting file is automatically saved to a specified folder in Google Drive. Details about the processed file, such as file name and size, are then logged in a Coda table for record-keeping.
