Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Coda, tl;dv, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Coda and tl;dv integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Coda and tl;dv (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Coda and tl;dv

tl;dv + Coda + Slack: When a new meeting is recorded in tl;dv, get the meeting highlights and then create a new row in Coda with the summary. Finally, send a message to a Slack channel to notify the team about the new meeting summary.

tl;dv + Coda + Jira: When action items are identified in tl;dv, extract the highlights. Then create a new task in Jira and log the issue details in a Coda document to keep track of action items.
