Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Coda, Woodpecker, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Coda and Woodpecker integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Coda and Woodpecker (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Coda and Woodpecker
Coda + Woodpecker + Gmail: When a new row is added to a Coda table, a prospect is created or updated in Woodpecker. Woodpecker then sends a personalized email. If a reply is received in Gmail, the corresponding row in Coda is updated with the email content.
Woodpecker + Coda + Slack: When a Woodpecker email campaign sends an email, the statistics are updated in Coda. Subsequently, Slack sends a message to a designated channel notifying project leads about the email campaign performance.
