Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Code, Zoho Desk, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Code and Zoho Desk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Code and Zoho Desk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Code and Zoho Desk

Code + Zoho Desk + Slack: When a JavaScript code execution results in an error in Latenode, a ticket is automatically created in Zoho Desk. This new ticket triggers a notification in a designated Slack channel, informing the development team.

Zoho Desk + Code + Google Sheets: When a new ticket is created in Zoho Desk, if the ticket's subject or description contains the word 'code', a JavaScript code block extracts relevant details, and a new row is added to a Google Sheet with the ticket information for debugging and analysis.
