Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Confluence, Airtable, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Confluence and Airtable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Confluence and Airtable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Confluence and Airtable

Confluence + Airtable + Slack: When a new page is created in Confluence, its content and metadata are summarized and added as a new record in Airtable. A notification with a link to the Airtable record is then sent to a designated Slack channel.

Airtable + Confluence + Google Calendar: When a new project is logged in Airtable, a Confluence page is automatically created to serve as the project's documentation. A Google Calendar event is then scheduled to review the documentation page.
