Depending on your setup, data should flow between Confluence and Delighted (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Confluence and Delighted

Delighted + Slack: When a new response is received in Delighted, the flow checks if the score is below a defined threshold. If it is, a message is posted to a designated Slack channel to alert the team about the negative feedback.

Delighted + Jira + Confluence: When Delighted receives a new response, the flow creates a new Jira issue to track the feedback and simultaneously creates a new page in Confluence to document the issue for team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
