Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Confluence and FreeAgent integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Confluence and FreeAgent (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Confluence and FreeAgent

FreeAgent + Confluence + Slack: When a new invoice is created in FreeAgent, a page is created in Confluence to track the invoice details. A message is then sent to a Slack channel notifying the team about the new invoice and linking to the Confluence page.

Confluence + FreeAgent + Jira: When a new page is created in Confluence, link it to a FreeAgent invoice using the invoice number mentioned in the page. If the invoice is overdue based on data in FreeAgent, create a Jira task to follow up on the payment.
