Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Confluence, Glide, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Confluence and Glide integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Confluence and Glide (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Confluence and Glide

Confluence + Glide + Jira: When a new page is created in Confluence, a new row is added to a Glide app. This Glide row includes a link to the Confluence page and allows users to easily create a corresponding Jira issue linked to the documentation.

Glide + Confluence + Slack: When a row is edited in a Glide app, the automation updates a specified Confluence page with the changed data. Then, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel notifying the team of the updates and providing a link to the Confluence page.
