Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Confluence, Recraft, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Confluence and Recraft integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Confluence and Recraft (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Confluence and Recraft
Confluence + Recraft + Slack: When a new page is created in Confluence, an image is generated in Recraft based on the page title. The generated image and a link to the Confluence page are then sent to a Slack channel.
Recraft + Confluence + Jira: When a new image is generated in Recraft, based on a project need, it is automatically added to a specified Confluence page. This action then triggers the creation of a linked Jira task related to the image's subject.
