Depending on your setup, data should flow between Contacts+ and Discourse (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Contacts+ and Discourse
Contacts+ + Google Sheets + Discourse: When a new contact is added to Contacts+, their information is added to a Google Sheet, and a new topic is created in Discourse to welcome them to the community.
Discourse + Mailchimp + Contacts+: When a user achieves a specific trust level in Discourse, they are added to a Mailchimp list to receive exclusive content. Their contact in Contacts+ is then updated with a tag indicating their membership in this list.
