Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring ConvertAPI, Bubble, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the ConvertAPI and Bubble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ConvertAPI and Bubble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect ConvertAPI and Bubble
ConvertAPI + Bubble + Google Drive: When a file is converted using ConvertAPI, this flow will upload the converted file to a specified folder in Google Drive. The Bubble app can then access this file in Google Drive.
Bubble + ConvertAPI + Airtable: When new data is entered in a Bubble app, the data will be converted to a PDF using ConvertAPI. The URL of the converted PDF will then be stored in an Airtable table.
