Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring ConvertAPI, Docparser, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the ConvertAPI and Docparser integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ConvertAPI and Docparser (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect ConvertAPI and Docparser
Docparser + ConvertAPI + Google Drive: When Docparser parses an invoice, the data is automatically converted into a PDF file using ConvertAPI. The resulting PDF is then stored in a specified folder in Google Drive.
Docparser + ConvertAPI + Airtable: When a document is parsed by Docparser, the extracted data is converted to a specified file type via ConvertAPI. Afterwards, the converted data is saved as a new record in Airtable.
