Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the ConvertAPI and Google Sheets integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ConvertAPI and Google Sheets (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect ConvertAPI and Google Sheets
Google Sheets + ConvertAPI + Airtable: When a new row is added to Google Sheets, it converts the specified cell's content to a PDF using ConvertAPI. The PDF file link, along with other relevant data from the row, is then added as a new record to Airtable.
Google Sheets + ConvertAPI + Email: When a new row is added to Google Sheets, ConvertAPI converts data in the row to a PDF file and emails it to the client via SMTP. The new row represents a recently paid invoice.
