After configuring ConvertAPI, Gravity Forms, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the ConvertAPI and Gravity Forms integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ConvertAPI and Gravity Forms (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect ConvertAPI and Gravity Forms
Gravity Forms + ConvertAPI + Google Drive: When a new form is submitted in Gravity Forms with a file attached, ConvertAPI converts the file to a desired format, and then the converted file is saved to a specified folder in Google Drive.
Gravity Forms + ConvertAPI + Slack: When a form with an attached file is submitted via Gravity Forms, ConvertAPI converts the file, and then a notification containing information about the submission and converted file is sent to a specified Slack channel.
