Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring ConvertAPI, Linear, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the ConvertAPI and Linear integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ConvertAPI and Linear (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect ConvertAPI and Linear
ConvertAPI + Linear + Slack: When a new file is added to ConvertAPI, it is converted to a suitable format, then a Linear issue is created with the converted file as context, and a Slack notification is sent to a dedicated channel about the newly created issue.
Linear + Google Drive + ConvertAPI: When a Linear issue is updated, the automation finds related files in Google Drive, converts them to PDFs using ConvertAPI, and archives the converted files in a designated 'Archive' folder within Google Drive for documentation purposes.
