Most powerful ways to connect ConvertAPI and Ortto
ConvertAPI + Google Sheets + Ortto: When a file is converted using ConvertAPI, the information about the conversion (e.g., original file name, conversion type, output file URL) is added as a new row to a Google Sheet. This new row trigger's Ortto to create a custom activity event, allowing for tracking and analysis of document conversions related to specific leads or contacts.
ConvertAPI + Ortto + Slack: When a file is converted using ConvertAPI, Ortto checks if the person who requested the conversion exists. If they exist, the marketing team is notified via Slack in a public channel about the document conversion activity, allowing them to follow up with leads based on downloaded content.
