Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the ConvertAPI and TimeCamp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ConvertAPI and TimeCamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect ConvertAPI and TimeCamp

ConvertAPI + TimeCamp + Google Sheets: When a file conversion is completed in ConvertAPI, a time entry is automatically created in TimeCamp to track the time spent on the conversion. The details of the conversion and the time entry are then logged in a Google Sheet for project costing and reporting.

TimeCamp + ConvertAPI + Slack: When a new time entry is created in TimeCamp, if the billable time for that entry exceeds a defined threshold, a report detailing the time entry is automatically converted to a PDF using ConvertAPI. This PDF report is then sent to a manager via Slack for review.
