Depending on your setup, data should flow between ConvertAPI and Volunteero (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect ConvertAPI and Volunteero
Volunteero + ConvertAPI + Google Sheets: When a new form is submitted in Volunteero, the file attached is converted to a specified format (e.g., PDF) using ConvertAPI. The details of the converted document, along with volunteer information, are then stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for project tracking.
Volunteero + ConvertAPI + Slack: When a new report is created in Volunteero (for example, volunteer timesheet), it is automatically converted to PDF using ConvertAPI. A notification with the converted file is then sent to a specified Slack channel for review.
