How to connect Converter and Businessmap
Create a New Scenario to Connect Converter and Businessmap
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Converter, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Converter or Businessmap will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Converter or Businessmap, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the Converter Node
Select the Converter node from the app selection panel on the right.

Click on the Converter node to configure it. You can modify the Converter URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.
Add the Businessmap Node
Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Converter node, select Businessmap from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Businessmap.

Authenticate Businessmap
Now, click the Businessmap node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Businessmap settings. Authentication allows you to use Businessmap through Latenode.
Configure the Converter and Businessmap Nodes
Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Converter, Businessmap, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Converter and Businessmap integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Converter and Businessmap (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Businessmap + Converter + Google Drive: When a card event occurs in Businessmap (e.g., a new card is created or updated), a document attached to the card is converted using the Converter app. The converted document is then saved to a specified folder in Google Drive.
Businessmap + Converter + Slack: When a card event occurs in Businessmap, the attached file is converted. Once the conversion is complete, a notification is sent to a Slack channel indicating that the file associated with the Businessmap project has been converted, thus indicating progress on the task.
