Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Creatomate and Intercom integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Creatomate and Intercom (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Creatomate and Intercom
Creatomate + Intercom + Google Sheets: When a new render is completed in Creatomate, its details are used to update a contact's data in Intercom. This data update then triggers adding a new row in Google Sheets for tracking video engagement.
Intercom + Creatomate + HubSpot: When a new conversation is started in Intercom, data from that conversation is used to personalize a Creatomate video using a template. The URL of the rendered video is then used to update a contact's information in HubSpot.
