Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Creatomate, Podio, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Creatomate and Podio integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Creatomate and Podio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Creatomate and Podio
Podio + Creatomate + Google Sheets: When a Podio project is updated, Creatomate renders a video based on the updated project data. The video render details, including the URL, are then logged in a Google Sheet.
Podio + Creatomate + Slack: When a new project is created in Podio, Creatomate automatically generates a promotional video using a specified template. A message containing a link to this new video is then posted to a designated Slack channel.
