How to connect Creatomate and Webflow
Create a New Scenario to Connect Creatomate and Webflow
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Creatomate, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Creatomate or Webflow will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Creatomate or Webflow, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the Creatomate Node
Select the Creatomate node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Creatomate, Webflow, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Creatomate and Webflow integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Creatomate and Webflow (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Creatomate and Webflow
Airtable + Creatomate + Webflow: When new records are added to Airtable, Creatomate renders a video based on the Airtable data. The video URL and associated data are then used to update a Webflow collection item.
Webflow + Memberstack + Creatomate: When a new user signs up on Webflow via Memberstack, a personalized welcome video is automatically created with Creatomate using the user's data. This video can then be shared with the new member.
