In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Database, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Database or Motion will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Database or Motion, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.
Add the Database Node
Select the Database node from the app selection panel on the right.

Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Database and Motion integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Database and Motion (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Motion + Database + Slack: When a new task is created in Motion, a corresponding object is created in the database. Upon completion of the task in Motion, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel.
Motion + Database + Google Sheets: When a task in Motion is updated, the changes are recorded in a database. Weekly, a summary of the database records is added to a Google Sheet to track activity.
