Most powerful ways to connect Deepgram and Etsy
Etsy + Deepgram + Slack: When a new transaction occurs on Etsy, the customer's audio feedback (if provided as a URL) is transcribed using Deepgram. The transcribed text is then analyzed for sentiment, and if negative feedback is detected, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the support team.
Etsy + Deepgram + Google Sheets: When a new transaction occurs on Etsy, if audio feedback is provided via a URL, Deepgram transcribes it. Sentiment analysis is performed on the transcribed text, and the sentiment score is recorded along with the original audio URL and transaction details in a Google Sheet for reporting and analysis.
