Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Deepgram, NoCRM, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Deepgram and NoCRM integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Deepgram and NoCRM (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Deepgram and NoCRM
Deepgram + NoCRM + Slack: When Deepgram transcribes a sales call from a URL, a new lead is created in NoCRM with the transcription. A summary of the transcription is then sent to a designated Slack channel for the sales team to review.
NoCRM + Deepgram + Google Sheets: This flow monitors new or updated leads in NoCRM. When a lead is updated, the associated Deepgram transcription is summarized, and keywords are extracted. These keywords are then logged into a Google Sheet to identify successful sales strategies.
