Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Deepgram, Userback, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Deepgram and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Deepgram and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Deepgram and Userback

Deepgram + Userback + Slack: When Deepgram transcribes audio and detects negative sentiment, the automation creates feedback in Userback. Then, Slack sends a message to a designated channel to notify the team.

Userback + Deepgram + Zendesk: When users submit feedback with audio, Deepgram transcribes the audio file and creates a new ticket in Zendesk, attaching the transcription to the ticket.
