In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Deepgram, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Deepgram or Userback will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Deepgram or Userback, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Deepgram node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Deepgram, Userback, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Deepgram and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Deepgram and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Deepgram + Userback + Slack: When Deepgram transcribes audio and detects negative sentiment, the automation creates feedback in Userback. Then, Slack sends a message to a designated channel to notify the team.
Userback + Deepgram + Zendesk: When users submit feedback with audio, Deepgram transcribes the audio file and creates a new ticket in Zendesk, attaching the transcription to the ticket.
