Depending on your setup, data should flow between Delighted and Beamer (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Delighted and Beamer
Delighted + Beamer + Slack: When a new response is received in Delighted with a negative score, a post is created in Beamer to announce the poor feedback. A Slack message is then sent to a designated channel to alert the team about the negative feedback.
Beamer + Delighted + Jira: When a new post is created in Beamer announcing a feature, the average Delighted satisfaction score is checked using Delighted. If the score is below a threshold, a Jira ticket is created to address potential issues or gather more feedback.
