Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Delighted, Clockify, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Delighted and Clockify integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Delighted and Clockify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Delighted and Clockify
Delighted + Clockify + Slack: When a new negative response is received in Delighted, a task is created in Clockify to address the feedback. The team is then notified in Slack about the new task.
Clockify + Delighted + Google Sheets: Track time spent on customer issues using Clockify. After the time entry is created, a customer satisfaction survey is sent via Delighted. The time entry data, including customer feedback, is then stored in Google Sheets.
