Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Delighted and Docparser integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Delighted and Docparser (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Delighted and Docparser
Delighted + Docparser + Slack: When a new negative response is received in Delighted, Docparser fetches and parses additional feedback from a specified URL. The parsed feedback is then sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the support team.
Docparser + Delighted + Zendesk: When a new document is parsed by Docparser, a Delighted survey is sent. Based on the survey response, a Zendesk ticket is created for follow-up.
