Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Delighted and Docusign integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Delighted and Docusign (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Delighted and Docusign
Delighted + Slack + Docusign: When a customer submits a new response in Delighted with a low score, a notification is sent to a Slack channel. A Docusign envelope is then sent to the customer using a predefined template to address their concerns.
Docusign + Delighted + Salesforce: When a Docusign envelope status is updated to completed, a survey is sent to the customer via Delighted to gauge their onboarding experience. The survey response is then logged in Salesforce as a new record.
