Depending on your setup, data should flow between Delighted and Drip (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Delighted and Drip
Delighted + Drip + Slack: When a new response is received in Delighted, the score is evaluated. If it's a promoter score (e.g., 9 or 10), the corresponding subscriber is tagged in Drip for personalized campaigns. A message is then sent to a designated Slack channel notifying the team about the promoter and their feedback.
Drip + Shopify + Delighted: When a customer is tagged as 'VIP' in Drip and a new paid order is created in Shopify, an email survey is automatically sent to the customer from Delighted to gauge their satisfaction with the purchase. This allows for targeted feedback collection from valuable customers.
