Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Delighted, Figma, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Delighted and Figma integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Delighted and Figma (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Delighted and Figma

Delighted + Figma + Slack: When a new negative response is received in Delighted, a task is created in Figma by posting a comment to a specific file, and the team is notified in Slack via a public channel message.

Figma + Delighted + Jira: When a new file is added to Figma, a survey is sent via Delighted to gather feedback. Based on the survey response, a Jira issue is created for implementation.
